For parents and carers of children with ADHD

You are not failing your child.
You just have not been handed the map yet.

When your child is wired differently, the days can feel like a lot. Mental Health & Me helps you understand what is really going on and gives you practical things to try tonight, so home feels calmer for both of you.

Pilot cohort now open. No cost to register, no commitment. We will simply be in touch.

You are in the right place

This is hard because it is hard, not because you are doing it wrong.

You have read the pamphlets. You have tried being more consistent. You have sat in the school meeting and nodded while quietly wondering what everyone else knows that you do not.

Here is the truth nobody put plainly. A child with ADHD is not a child who will not, they are a child whose brain works differently. Once you understand how, the meltdowns make sense, your responses change, and the whole house gets a little quieter.

You do not need to become a different parent. You need to understand the child you already have.

A clear, defined path

Support that fits real family life, not a textbook.

Mental Health & Me sits in the gap between a diagnosis and your actual Tuesday night. We translate the clinical language into things you can use at the dinner table, at bedtime, and on the hard mornings. It is education and support, not therapy.

Understand

Learn how your child's brain works, in plain language, so behaviour stops being a mystery.

Practise

Walk away from each session with specific, doable strategies for the moments that trip you up most.

Steady

Build routines and responses that hold up on the good days and the hard ones, so calm becomes the default.

Who is behind this

A guide who has walked the road without the map, so you do not have to.

Mental Health & Me was founded by Tron Tran, who was diagnosed with ADHD at twenty four after years of navigating the system with no support. He turned that experience, and a wall of formal study, into a practice built to fill the gap he fell through. He is not here to tell you what is wrong with your family. He is here to help you understand it.
