Mental Health & Me (ABN 66 564 669 627) is a psychoeducation practice founded by Tron Tran. We provide education and practical support for individuals and families navigating mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges, delivered online and across Greater Sydney, Australia.

2. What we provide, and what we do not

Mental Health & Me provides psychoeducation, which means education, information, and practical strategies. Our programs and content are not clinical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a registered health practitioner such as a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.

Nothing on this site should be relied on as clinical or medical advice. If you have concerns about your child's or your own health, please speak with a qualified health professional. If you or someone you care about is in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Every child and family is different, and the value you get from our programs depends on many things outside our control.

3. Registering your interest

Registering your interest through this site is an expression of interest only. It does not create a contract, a booking, or an obligation on either side. If a place becomes available, we will contact you with the details, and any program you join will be subject to its own terms, which we will share with you at that time.

4. Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm others. The content on this site, including text and illustrations, is owned by Mental Health & Me or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. The Mental Health & Me name, logo, and brand are our property.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. We may change the content, including program details and availability, at any time.

6. Third-party links and services
