The flagship program
Pilot cohort now accepting expressions of interestEmpowering Caregivers: Understanding and Supporting Children with ADHD
Eight weeks, live and online, built for the parents and carers of children aged five to twelve with ADHD or suspected ADHD. Practical from week one.
Is this for you?
This program is for you if your child is aged five to twelve and has ADHD or you suspect they might, and if you are tired of advice that assumes your child is like every other child.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to take part. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to want home to feel a little calmer.
A defined path, not a mystery
Here is the shape of the eight weeks.
Every week is live, warm, and practical. You will understand a little more, and walk away with something specific to try before the next session. Here is the arc.
Understanding the wiring
What ADHD actually is, in plain language, and what is really driving the behaviour you see at home.
Regulation and calm
How to help your child, and yourself, move from overwhelmed back to steady.
Everyday strategies
Routines, transitions, and the hard moments, with practical tools that fit real family life.
Strengths and connection
Seeing and growing what is right with your child, and protecting the relationship through the tough stretches.
The method behind it
The Integrated Psychoeducational Growth Framework
The program is built on the IPGF, a structured way of joining the dots between understanding, daily life, and your child's whole world, so the strategies you learn actually hold across home, school, and the in-between.
It is the difference between a stack of tips and a way of thinking you can keep using long after the eight weeks end.

Clear about what we do
This is a psychoeducational program. It gives you education, understanding, and practical strategies. It is not therapy, it is not a clinical assessment or diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a registered health professional. If your family also needs clinical support, this program sits comfortably alongside it.
Ready to understand your child, not just manage the day?
